Summary of general terms and conditions

Payment and cancellation

Payment schedule:
- 35% at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- 35% 180 days before your trip starts.
- The balance is due 90 days before you leave.
Payments are made by bank transfer in Euros.
To allow us to efficiently manage our availabilities and quickly respond to new requests, we are unable to guarantee your booking requests indefinitely. You have 10 days to return your booking form to us and pay the deposit to confirm your reservation.
If you have not confirmed your booking by paying the deposit (35% of the total package price), we will assume that you have cancelled your booking and will open it up to other clients.
If the payments are not made by the due dates, we will assume that you have cancelled your booking and your seat will be released.

Cancellations

If you cancel your holiday, your deposit will not be refunded. However, it will be available for booking at a later date but only if we can resell your seat.
